BUT 
if we want to really do this stuff we are going to need a TON of funding, first off, for the SDK "Iphone developer kit" then we can make a game for the psp (i know this is possible because some guy made super tux for PSP AND IT WORKS! (but you need to hack your Psp first (only the first two versions of psp can be hacked the new psp motherboard is impossible))) Or we can make a legal game and make some serious dough (or give a free download off this site)! but other then those the most possible one could be the wii 
just ask them to but it one the shop channel for free, if we can make it with open gl...If we want something to happen we need to contact those developers and Nintendo/ Sony themselves! it IS possible, it just requires work...
