When you are in the game, you just have to write your text and press ENTER key to send it to other players.

Outside the game
If you are not in game, you can also chat with other players that are on the chat and in the game. Double click on the "Mtp Target Chat" icon on the Windows desktop. It'll automatically connect to the chat. When you see "Login:", enter a login. It must be less than 8 characters and only characters.
Now you'll receive the chat from the different servers in the tabs. You just have to enter text to send a message to the players that are in the game.
If you iconify the chat, it'll go the tray bar and you just have to click on the "ceb" icon to open the chat again.
When the icon is green, it means that nothing changed on the chat.
When the icon is red, it means that somebody said something.
